I’ve seen people get IDed from phone pop sockets, locations found from pillows and fucking bricks on a wall! Heck even I’ve managed to accidentally ID people by what they’ve posted. Gotta be super careful what you post, especially to a public audience! It’s bizarre that using an alias online is now seen as a bad thing, same with never showing your face. The entire situation made me so frustrated to hear and the fact that people were so quick to jump on the hate wagon without hearing both sides of the story and leave such disgusting comments to her is so sad. The issue with Little Kitty goes beyond cause it's a prime example of modern day influencers who overshare everything online. She was already a famous influencer with a big following so naturally she'd share these things with them. I'm not saying it's right but I can understand why a famous influencer with a deteriorating mental state would do so. Also most of the issues started with her ex who began spreading lies about her to his fans online, so I stil put the blame on him mostly cause her response was naturally to defend herself.

Mortuary student here, and I might have an answer for the Half-Life 2 corpse. You are probably right in that it’s likely an image of a donated cadaver. We use them in my program as well, and one lesson actually requires significantly traumatizing the body in order to practice more advanced cosmetic restoration, especially the face. That would explain why only the man’s face is damaged while the rest of his body is untouched. He may have been used for a lesson on facial reconstruction of burn victims.

I've gone through a few years of extremely targeted online bullying too, beginning when our toxic little online friend's group's leader got really mad that I didn't kiss her ring the way she wanted to, and then started a campaign of lies upon lies. I know this is what happened because while none of my friends sans one took my side (and got ousted for it), one by one the remaining people caught on to her bullshit as well, and were slandered and ousted for it. I know it because years later the very person offered a public apology that was meant to be vague for everybody else but the person meant to receive it due to some details. By then though it'd been years, my online presence as an artist, and thus my money making ability was destroyed and I had quit college to drink myself into stupor. Couldn't really back away either because like I said, my bills were paid by online art commissions. I mostly stayed silent through it after a first few months because I know that narcs like the person eventually leave you be if you don't take the bait, but like... how could you not defend yourself when you're slandered in public and your income is dependent on the internet. People, I think, are naturally cruel, and will act on that cruelty the moment they think they can get away with it either anonymously or with overwhelming support. Even I have that streak in me, or at least used to when I was younger, before I got raked over the coals for years. It's all ugly. I survived without unaliving out of sheer spite, no way was I going to gift them my unaliving to mock or to exploit on a silver platter. Doing much better than they are these days, my reputation's restored, and those people are no longer relevant in the space we shared. It's made me cynical, paranoid and extremely careful, though.

Someone can actually have their face burnt out while having the other parts intact if they simply pass out near a stove, and their face falls right on it. There are similar cases of people with health conditions which make them faint without a warning, and that can happen near a stove, and without having anyone else at the house to come for rescue.. one can simply end up like that.

In the final story, the thing that has me dubious is the recency of the year. In 1985, the neighbor would have been 15 years old as a freshman, which means he'd only be 53 today; usually too young for retirement. Also, the Muncie police already have a suspect in mind as of 2014, but they're still working on putting the case together, and the suspect, of course, hasn't been named. That case was the talk of the town when it happened, and everything OP said was written in newspapers. I find it suspicious that they didn't identify any of those missing items, but wouldn't the most convincing evidence be items the perpetrator kept that weren't disclosed to the public? Seems like someone trying to get attention, which is why they deleted the post once people started looking into it.

yes, exactly! there are lots of different motives for sh, but they’re all just as serious. a lot of people don’t seem to understand that you need to be in a very low mental state to turn to sh in the first place, nobody randomly wakes up one day and just decides to do it for fun. it’s a maladaptive coping mechanism, something that your brain only turns to when you feel like you don’t have any other options. ‘for attention’ is such a misinterpreted phrase when it comes to cutting, because it’s not the type of attention that these condescending people are belittling it to be. if you just want to feel a little special for a bit, there are a million other methods that you would turn to, you’d have no reason to jump to hurting yourself. someone who cuts ‘for attention’ is at their last resort, and they are desperate to get someone to notice that they need serious help before it’s too late. physical injuries are often taken more seriously than mental ones, so if no one notices or understands that they’re struggling mentally, then they might resort to hurting their body in order to show that they need help. regardless of why someone did it, they still have self-inflicted wounds on their body at the end of the day. if someone’s wrists are bleeding and they need medical attention, you’re not gonna tell the EMT ‘oh, don’t take them seriously, they only did it for attention’. it’s just ridiculous…

I tried to do some digging through Chinese media myself on the Little Kitty case, the 3 men who stole her remains are under arrest, but til this day the only information I can find is the case about them stealing dead remains is ''still under investigation'', but stealing a human corpse, bones or ashes can only be sentence to maximum 3 years in jail, so it's safe to say, no matter what the final setences for these men are, it will never be enough. Also another interesting thing is, that wife of the thief also said that little kitty's ash was a prime target in their field ever since she was pronounce dead, and said the person who reported them was a jealous rival, and she also has the audacity to complain that in the end, no one even wants little kitty after she died.

You become more stable, and appreciate what you have more, do better at work, become a better daughter, sister, if you’re lucky you become an Auntie and fall in love wiv babies..Friendships that you still have become stronger. Don’t worry about love, it will come no matter what, focus on ur happiness. Get offline. Stop allowing complete strangers to have so much power over you, if u saw what they actually looked like you’d laugh at them and understand why they’re so miserable. Live in the moment girl. Theres so much more life for you to live and enjoy, without going online constantly posting everything dammit..I’m almost mad at her for giving up so easily. Rest In Peace Kitty

@mariecolette9066 A lot of things about the past are romanticized without really thinking about the why. Divorce rates were lower because women literally couldn’t leave because up until the 70s. They couldn’t even have their own bank account without their husband signing off on it. Many employment fields would not accept females outside of very low paying entry-level jobs. So you just stayed in your horrible marriage because you didn’t have any alternative. Just be wary of the reasons behind certain statistics-also be aware of common logical fallacies. also, remember that correlation does not equal causation.

For that last post, I don't believe it's real. I don't think the neighbour actually exists. The reason being all the 'evidence' is readily available information one can get from news sources -- such as which items were taken, how the car was found, etc. The police will ask OP questions to try and confirmed some piece of info only the killer or someone who's worked on the case would know (evidence not released to the press). This happens all the time in cases, because a shocking number of people will falsely confess to a murder. I wonder if OP realized people were going to try and fact check their story and got spooked at the mention of the FBI.

The man who they used for Eli in Half Life 2 is named Larry Heard. He was a musician in Seattle.

Larry Heard was the face for an NPC, if you look in the files each NPC has their own name based off who their face model is. Eli was a homeless guy who hung around Valves offices that they liked. Also sorry if anything I’m saying is redundant, I’m in school right now and reading the comments for fun because I can’t listen to the audio

It’s sad that KZread have to censor common words to be marketable. Shame on the creator to comply.

Are we seriously so cowardly on this platform that the word depression is being censored?

Yep. No one else censors it. And they don't get demonetized. It's just him. And other youtubers are going to see this and maybe start censoring it and the problem gets worse and worse. I'm done watching this guy's videos. He annoys the fk outta me now anyway. I've been watching him since 2014, but I'm tired of seeing his face and hearing him subtly brag about his hot girlfriend, house, and life. THis is just the last straw.

@@morbidhime It's not that. I run several channels. No one else is having to do this. It's SELF CENSORSHIP. THe word "depression" does not demonetize!!! How would Dr Todd Grande even be able to have a channel if you couldn't talk about mental illness!!!!???
