When I lived near Rockford, IL, would sometimes be a "roadie" for my friend Shay and his band. They were playing a venue in Rockford as the opener for Disturbed. Dave came out to talk to Shay's band before the show. He noticed gray haired me and came over to introduce himself. He's a Gentleman. Ann, one of my heart throbs for decades.

Maybe I said this before, but I really think David is in my mind and soul... All this strife, all the pain... There is no one that has helped me more than Disturbed and their music !!~!!

I am not quite sure what to make of Disturbed. On one hand I am definitely not into head banging kind of music yet there is something real about this band and how they view the world and share it with their music. I am slowly learning to appreciate all that they have to offer.

Ann Wilson is simply incredible. That after more than 50 years singing and belting she still has the voice she does and the control is truly amazing. Draiman's voice continues to grow and mature as he shifts away from the constant use of a heavy rasp into using it as an accent and taking advantage of his natural gift.

Yeah he has been using ballad types of vocals as early as the Believe album in 2002, but after that, they sticked with their more aggressive style until they brought it back with their rendition of The Sound of Silence in 2015, and then experimented more with it in their Evolutuon album. Imo this prob their best ballads aside for tSoS.

The guitar solo kicks ass. Awsome. I love the playing of Dan Donegan and the whole Band. As a Caregiver for old people, everytime my Spirit is torn and beaten up, the songs from disturbed pull me back on my Feet again, so i can move on with my life. This is a beautiful Song with beautiful Voices.

It definitely has a vibe of the Believe album. Which is awesome, their most underrated album in my opinion.

You guys were one of my first favorite bands. Can I share a story with you? One day I was driving home, when all a sudden the Lord came to me in spirit. I felt very close to Him. I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would, I guess to bless my faith. So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana". I turned on the radio and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly… I started getting flooded with chills like a waterfall, crying, and trembling. He stayed with me for 10 minutes in my driveway. until I got outta the car. A couple months after that I started getting amazing prayers answered way more often, because it helped me quit doubting when I pray and I was lined up with biblical instructions. It's 6 years later and I still get answered prayers in Jesus name.

In her 70's, and STILL has the voice of an angel!

Now THAT is a rock ballad. What a perfect example of why we need more of these.

My kids are now 20 and 22, Disturbed was one of our go-to bands to throw in the car when we would take them for a drive to help them sleep. The Believe album came out shortly after our first was born, that album put him out every time, and it still worked when his brother came along in 2004.

This is a great collab 🔥 okay, now a duet with Amy Lee of Evanescence is long overdue! They literally said they wanted to collab with Amy Lee for a long time now. Please make it happen ❤

Hey man it's no worries, God has your back. This came up in my Thumbprint playlist while listening to Pandora, occasionally the lord blesses me with new songs especially if I'm going through something bad. In this case, it's the fact that the woman that I started to fall in love with hasn't been able to tell me when she was able to talk to me again, and being silent for days was her way of getting her ex boyfriends to leave her. I refuse to let go, but I fear the worst which is her resenting me for not leaving. It could also be due to her medical issues as she's been fighting cancer, so without hearing from her I just don't know what to do other than wait to hear from her. This song really captured what I'm currently feeling and dealing with, so God bless David and Ann for this masterpiece!

I always play heavy shit to show people that heavy always has a light side. It’s freaking awesome how diverse disturbed is. I saw them once. Can’t wait til they come back around. Dave is realist guy you’ll ever meet. Has a huge heart and has been through some shit. Always a fan.

I don't know how old you are but I'm 65. I first heard Disturbed by sheer coincidence; someone told me they covered "The Sound Of Silence". Simon & Garfunkel was it for me in the '60s, so I had to listen to Disturbed's version. All I can say is: POWERFUL! I get goosebumps & cry hysterically every time I hear Disturbed's version. Well, because I was so bowled over by their cover, I started listening to their other music. "Immortalized" was the first album that I listened to & I thought their lyrics, music, & the accompanying videos were absolutely tremendous, & now I am a lifetime fan. Bravo, Gentlemen, Bravo. Also, the fact that they help Veterans' organizations really makes me happy.

I feel this in my soul. I have listened to disturbed since single digits and I’m 24 now. They have a plethora of songs and seems every year I’m re listening to songs that have more meaning to me whether good or bad. This song definitely will be on repeat for me.

Their voices compliment each other well. Ann Wilson is the greatest female vocalist on the face of the planet. She could sing the alphabet, and it would be bad ass.

I would LOVE to see David Draimen & Maria Brink do a duet with Nita Strauss shredding along side it.... that would be AMAZING

I have been fortunate enough to be able to watch David go from being at his 'first live tv debut' with disturbed to watching him sell out entire arenas to 100 of thousands of people. BEST!!! Heart was my very first concert in 1989. My mother brought me for my 14th birthday. Ann and Nancy are legends. Then Disturbed came along and just turned the music world upside down! I got to see them in 2004 at a very small venue. It was absolutely incredible! This collaboration is brilliant. 🎶 🎸 🤘

Moriah Formica has a great singing voice. She auditioned on the Voice with a Heart song a few years ago. She loves to cover Heart songs in general.

I love hearing such iconic voices on one song. Hearing David and Ann on the same song is such a blessing.

Left me speechless at the end, absolutely phenomenal. This song stuck out to me as one of the best off the new album the moment I heard it and I'm glad to see it getting more attention a year later. Will have to add this to my list of Disturbed songs for vocal practice 😊
