I posted this tip in my stories and had so many questions about it!
It isn’t a special card - just any debit/credit card with the Mastercard logo on (they won’t accept it on Apple Pay). Make sure you have a photo ID with you in the same name. Then there is a dedicated viewing area where you can get a great view of the parade without waiting for hours beforehand!
You can also use this to get priority seating at some of the shows too - definitely worth remembering!
