The Disney Stars And Motor Cars Parade was Disney-MGM Studios' daily afternoon parade, from 2001 to 2008. (It only survived two months into the Disney's Hollywood Studios era.) It was created for the 100 Years Of Magic Celebration, the 100th birthday of Walt Disney.
It was taped in 2002, so it is again, a NTSC 480i video gussied up to be 1080p.
Like any "big Hollywood production", there's an MC calling out the celebrities as they pass by. I believe there were three announcers through the parade route. The problem with this, is you could be a hundred yards from the narrator, and his/her descriptions could be long gone before the actual car arrives.
