Disney MGM Studios: Fantasmic (1998)
Here's an early video of the show Fantasmic. If I remember correctly, this might have been in the testing phases. I do remember, the show was not running because of the strong winds in October. So when it was not cancelled, it was a big deal. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Traveling In Hi8 FAQ:
1) What kind of camera did you have?
Video was shot with a Sony CCD-TRV65
2) Video is a little shaky. Didn't it have a stabilizer?
Yep, it's a bit shaky. I was using my trips to the parks to get a feel for the
camera. I don't believe it had a stabilizer on it.
3) Video sometimes looks dark. Did the camera have any filters?
It did, but I stunk at selecting the right one.
4) Can I use your video for my Disney project or video?

I'm amazed that this show is still running in 2024 despite all the changes to Disney World since 1998.
seeing this in 2023 really gives me the feel of those 3 fantasmics that are running as of today

I’m trying to figure out the day but I can’t remember. What I can tell you is it was October of 1998. I usually went down the week before Halloween for HHN. I’m thinking that’s the week this was recorded.
