About the "bites"- many comments already regarding possible bed bugs which are so hardy and can come from previous tenants, the moving van, storage facilities, etc. Look into that, I think. Also, the areas you describe are ones a person puts pressure on when on all fours, like playing/working/etc. May have something to do with postural activities like gardening or kneeling to unpack. My brother had something like this once, after a summer at Y camp! Turned out to be chiggers! Very itchy and persistent. Sounds like doctor time to me, mother-to-mother. One important thing in the timeline is that if a child scratches a lot, the site is harder to diagnose with torn skin, blood and so on AND progression may an real issue- larger areas involved... Go early to get professional help. Great video- hoping things are better soon.

Hi Ashley, love your channels! Don’t rule out bed bugs, since you had movers move you there could have been bed bugs in someone else’s things that could have maybe gotten into your things. We lived in an apartment and the tenant upstairs from us had them and they got into my daughters room. She had bites and we didn’t know what they were either, then we started looking Into it. Found out it was bed bugs.

Yes definitely check really good for bed bugs!! We got them from some furniture brought in the house and it took forever to get rid of them. They ended up hiding out on the bottom of the best supports. Like the very bottom. I don’t even know how they were there since it sits on the floor. Sometimes the little boogers are very hard to find. We had a pest company come 3 times and they never found them. They said they saw signs but could never find bugs. Look for little blood spots on her bedding or mattress. And usually the bites are in 3. They’re not sporadic, more in groupings.

Hey girl💕 congratulations on your new place. Listen, I don’t mean to post this on here because there’s no way to private message you, but the person in the house before you could’ve had bed bugs ugghh They are the worst. I helped my girlfriend battle them. The first thing I would do is get hotshot bedbug spray and spray the mattress down. Then I would get Demetrius earth powder off of Amazon, food grade level, and put it in your outlets and around the perimeter of the room , it is safe for kids and pets and wash your bedding and all of her stuffed animals if you ca isn’t wash the stuff animals put it in the dryer !!!! Heat kills them!!!!! if you absolutely don’t think it’s bedbugs sleep in her bed one night and see if you come up with bites that’s how she figured it out that it wasn’t a rash on her daughter and son it was bedbugs just to be safe our babies mean the world to us🥰❤️Best of Luck 🍀

Hi, ashley. Nice video once again. To help with your floor issue I recommend you use a damp mop for laminate instead of wet. You don't even need to vacuum every day because the mopping takes dusts off. Vacuuming also wears down the floor surface so that might be one reason why it looks worn out. We have laminate floors and I hardly never clean it with anything wet only take the spots if there is any and I wacuum floors only once a week or so. Sorry, my english is not so good, because its not my native language but I hope you'll get what I was meaning.

Unfortunately it sounds like bedbugs possibly. We went through something similar. Couldn’t find anything so we called in an expert and sure enough they found bedbugs. All our mattresses are newer. Luckily they were caught early and we haven’t seen any since they started treatment. They said there is an epidemic of them and it doesn’t matter how clean you are. You can literally pick them up from anywhere. Could have gotten them from the moving truck. They are extremely itchy and usually come in sets of 3. I hope it’s not that, but I thought I would mention our experience. Good luck!

Vinegar and water is what I use on my laminate floors. Have you tried a steam mop? Shark makes great one. Daughters room looks lovely. As for the boxes, you have to collapse them and flatten them. Then pile them on floor in garage. Then take just those to the dump. But keep cans, bottles or other recycling in the big can that town gives you.

You did an amazing job on Adrienne’s room! I wish I could offer some assistance as to what the red bumps are. But if it’s only on her knees and fore arms, it sounds like an allergic reaction to something that maybe she crawled around in. Those are the areas of the body that would probably be affected when a person crawls. Maybe something at school in gym class. Or some kind of fertilizer on the grass. I hope you guys figure it out. Sending prayers your way. Have a great week!

At night go in her roon and take a flash light to check where the mattress is sewn on the sides. You may have to do this several nights. Its possibly bed bugs. It doesnt matter how clean you keep your house. I am a very clean housekeeper but we just had to pay $3200.00 to have our house heat treated to get rid of bed bugs. I was the only one that showed signs of bites. I even had been to the doctor several times and was given cream and they thought it was a skin problem. I only found 2 bugs in my room when i discovered them because they hide from humans and only come out when they smell carbon dioxide that you put out while sleeping. Please, if u dont see any call exterminator to check anyway. After the heat treatment we have been bed bug free thank god. It was a ride i pray nobody has to go through.

Please take your daughter to a dermatologist (possibly a food allergist) and have her skin looked at. I am histamine intolerant, latex/food sensitive, and sensitive to preservatives in food/personal items/cosmetics. One thing I have learned is that hives comes in many different forms. Also, the reaction shows up in different parts of the body. Benzoates (preservative) in foods/personal products cause me to have hives that look like a very bad sunburn in my arm pits; while Benzoates in drinks, will cause nausea with uncontrollable vomiting. Was in my early teens when this all started and it just gradually built so it wasn't figured out until I was around 50. My laminate flooring said to use vinegar and water to clean the floors, I also use alcohol in the mix (1 part vinegar, 1 part alcohol and 2 parts water). I use a swifter with a microfiber cloth and go over the flooring to get all the dust/dirt off (vacuuming just isn't enough) and then spray the mixture down on the floor and go over with a microfiber mop. The alcohol helps the floor dry faster. My floors are almost 5 years old and look like they were just put down.

Take her to the doctor and see what is. That might help pinpoint the source. You also don't want the bumps to get infected...or spread if it's contagious. Have you tried the container method with Adrian? Keeps you from being the bad guy about decluttering. Whatever fits in the bin or container is how much she can keep.

Just a quick hint if you wash her stuffed animals in the washing machine. Put them in a pillowcase and take a hair tie and tie around the pillowcase. So they don't come out and wash them that way. That's how I wash my ki can't and they're less likely to get torn apart. Also, let them air dry or if you're concerned that there might be death mites in the stuffed animals then drive them in the dryer. And spray them with lysol spray.

Check for bed bugs anyway. It gets on new mattresses too.

Yes don’t rule out bed bugs, the issues you had with the movers who knows, also you should have someone else sleep in the bedroom if they get it also then most likely bedbugs, if they don’t then food or allergy related. Good luck, house is looking good.

People keep saying to check for bed bugs. If they turn up, there’s no way to be sure of the source. But I would absolutely lose it if on top of the movers being the worst, they brought bed bugs into your home. Hope you all get it resolved soon so Adrienne gets some relief ❤❤

I had bumps like that from sitting in my husband’s recliner and I ended up being allergic to his chair. I only broke out in weps where my skin touched the chair so she may be allergic to something.

Happy Sunday to you and your family! I hope that you are able to figure out what is causing those bumps on your daughter's skin. You could try to take her to a dermatologist to get their opinion. I hope that you and your family are doing well and have a great week this upcoming week ☺️❤️

Hi Ashley I would check for bed bugs. I would run all the stuff animals through hot water on the washing machine and I would throw everything in the dryer to just make sure it is not her clothes....unfortunately I would check all the beds just in case too. If it is bed bugs, I would invest in bed bug covers for the beds. Hope it is not bed bugs because if it is, they are a pain to get rid of.

Ask the landlord what they recommend for the floors! That way if something does happen, it was what they said to use.

It could be dust mites, sometimes get in your mattress, so check for that They are so little probably don’t know that they exist, dust mites maybe vacuum the mattress and spray it down with Lysol or something that can kill dust mites that’s probably what it is that’s biting her

I don't know how American children would cope in a UK house our rooms are smaller bedroom are nothing like the US. Clean her mattress and rewash all her clothes and soft toys. Spray around the floor by the floor trim it could be bed bugs or dog fleas, dog fleas go dormant until the weather gets warmer so keep an I on the dog. Until the issue is resolved keep everyone out of her room, they could be bring something into the room without knowing. I know this may seem odd too many but I have never allowed anyone in the family to sit or lay on the bed with the clothes we have been wearing outside, just don't know what your bring in, my mother taught us to strip off shower before we lay on the bed.

Hey! Lol. New here. Thinking you should prob call exterminator to check it out for bed bugs. And even if it’s not that- they can likely get rid of whatever it IS is.
