I was like so pissed when he didnt pick it after getting wrecked by Brann, Khadgar and Baron. Also, it has WINDFURY, it will kill all the combo shit first and gets the most out of it geez

He played it so badly it was incredibly frustrating to watch. Spend 10 gold to upgrade a tier and then never uses the refresh to actually pick the 6 tier units instead spends gold on crappy tier 3 and tier 2 units. I don't know why he was so afraid of that refresh button... He doesn't even click it when he has gold leftover

@16:00 The yogg ability doesn't just straight-up suck. You do pay 2 instead of 3 and the guy you get has a +1 buff, so it's very good early-on (when you have not very much money and do not yet have any sort of theme or combo that you have to adhere to).

AFKay is actually really strong, you just need to not skip your 3rd turn aswell. Also the Tier 3 and Tier 4 minion make you spike so hard that you can easily afford to upgrade tavern immediately, which gains you a really important head start. But sinking what is basically all 5 of your gold into a 1-star minion on your swing turn will obviously kill your chances

Use all your mana. Reroll even if you have what you want on board just to see what you might get, go for triples, freeze good cards to use next round. And yes, synergy is important. So much waste on nearly every turn makes my brain hurt after watching others play. But I mean, it was your first time and I'm armchair quarterbacking after watching several rounds.
