In this video we will show you how to remove the old aftermarket air suspension compressor for the 2003-2012 Land Rover Discovery LR3, LR4 and 2005-2012 Range Rover Sport and install the new origninal Hitachi compressor.
The Hitachi air suspension compressor, is considered to be robust and easy to maintain. If your vehicle does not have a Hitachi compressor installed, you will need a new bracket so you can mount the compressor. The new compressor includes a solenoid valve as well as an integrated dryer and filter and we always ship with the "R7" relay.
Please note that on some models the compressor cover is fixed with 3 screws.
If you are replacing the old reproduction compressor, a software update provided by the dealer is required.
