What is the best setting to find gold on the 2200?

For gold rings and jewelry; reject iron and be prepared to dig a lot of aluminum pull tabs etc. With any detector, if you want to dig gold, you’ve got to dig a ton of pull tabs, they are indistinguishable from gold rings. If you have the patience, the payoff will be gold in your pocket. I’ve come to understand that for about every 1,000 pull tabs or so I get a gold ring. It’s not for the faint of heart but if you want gold rings, it is what must be done. Good luck!
i went to a park a military park and i was metal detecting and i found somthing big so like maby 3 inches down there was a 30-06 bullet casing and i cant tell how old it is but its a little bit bent and at the top it was bent and had a hole so not in great condition and it was rusty and covered in dirt so i think it was ww2 thats what im hoping it was but im not shure
