Thank you for selling Veramendi again. I’ve been left wondering if our decision was a good one, especially since there’s no news on the plans that drew us here. It’s quiet but a little too quiet for my comfortability. 😐

While it's been quiet at Veramendi, I can understand the pause because the world has basically paused for last two years with inflation. It makes commercial loans harder to come by for Veramendi's plans. Residential loans much easier to navigate because the risk is lower.
