The True Source of Healing, Part 3
"Discovering the Deepest Needs of Your Soul"
What does your soul need most in order to be healed? The stability of earth, the comfort of water, the inspiration of fire, the flexibility of air, the openness of space? In the meditation session of this recorded webcast, Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche guides you in connecting deeply with the true source of healing: your inner refuge, the source of all qualities you need to be healed and fulfilled. In the teaching session that follows, Rinpoche explains the characteristic qualities of the five natural elements, to help you assess which elemental quality you most need at this time in order to revitalize and transform your life.
This recorded webcast introduces Part 3 of a free, yearlong course in soul retrieval. The course includes everything from free monthly live webcasts to a discussion forum, recorded webcasts, MP3 audio recordings, and downloadable print materials. Today i listened and tried this meditation while doing yoga. I wouldn't say it was easy to find the three silent spaces while moving the body, but in those precious moments in which I could, it was blissful!!! Thank you very very much for your much needed and generous guidance!!!!

Thank you! I appreciate it, especially the relation to finding home in yourself. However, who defines what is useful and what not? I would say now, it 's important to keep the connection and do things you like - however useful or nonsense. Love

Wonderful seach... "Food, drink, shelter and a degree of material comfort are essential, but human beings cannot and never will find fulfillment in these necessities. Nor is contentment to be found in the somewhat more intangible material attainments such as social recognition or political power. Ultimately, not even intellectual achievement satisfies our deepest needs." ~ Bahá’í International Community, Turning Point For All Nations
