I love to sit in a library and hear people turning pages. It's so soothing. Another masterwork from you, Maxence.

So this is what they mean by “The French Copy Nobody, and Nobody Copies the French” because you're pretty much the only ASMRtist I know who took the simple concept of "make relaxing noises for the camera" and turned it into cinema with the setup, the camera work, the fact that you prepped this whole set-up, just really good stuff all around. You're probably the only ASMRtist I feel some guilt falling asleep to.

he has his own style, but is certainly not the only one to do ASMR like this - better is that there ARE others that do this, but each of them is nothing like any of the others. I recommend ATMOSPHERE

I am only part way in, and I already find myself at peace. The gentle page turning, your quiet reading, the soothing ambiance…I feel like I am in an old vintage library, where everything is hushed and comforting. I had some of my very first ASMR experiences in libraries as a child. And so this video creates a wonderful feeling of nostalgia for me, and brings back some very happy memories. Thank you so much for creating this. It’s beautiful. ❤

For someone like me who always considered libraries as shelters & books as friends, this is beautiful. I can feel my level of cortisol going down. Thank you et bonne journée. 💙

As a literarure graduate, this video gives me goosebumps❤ I’ve always loved old books, I didn’t know the cellulose aging in paper makes it smell a lot like vanilla! That’s why old books smell so nice ❤

As much as I love your content, the first tailor is one of my top 3, this one has to be my very favorite so far. I grew up when you had to use the card catalog to find the books you needed in the library, and as much as I like read, this sound is SO comforting. It brings back memories of sitting in an almost silent room, sometimes some whispering, but always the sound of the pages turning while my mind went on another journey to places I physically couldn't. ❤❤❤❤❤

The sounds are immaculate (page turning is my personal favorite sound) but with your beautiful decor and lighting, this video is just next level. Amazing work, as always! Can't wait to fall asleep to this tonight ❤

Just a random thought, but am I the only person who gets offended when people arent quiet in the library anymore? It was always the one place I could go and be assured of almost total peace, and now it seems like SO many people have no respect for that anymore.

I find great delight in the antique book page-turning video you posted almost 11 months ago, as it evokes cherished memories and fills me with a profound sense of tranquility and joy. I had a fondness for that video, so this is the best.

This stunning cosy ambience gave me an idea. How about a hooded monk in an old scriptorium with candles and loads of old dusty scrolls to unravel. ( Name of the rose style.) 👍💛

I can see you in a humble suit under candle 🕯 light or torch 🔦 just writing with a quill. 😂 Anyway between the lighting and atmosphere this was really relaxing to experience. I also love the camera movement thats done in films. It just set the mood even more. Something about that always feels like you're not even observing. It somehow makes the view feel privet and personal. Like we aren't even watching. I know weird description but, it was the only way I could think to describe it. 😂❤😊

Je ne suis qu'au début de la vidéo, et déjà le craquement de la chaise me rappelle exactement celui des vieilles chaises à la table où je m'installais pour colorier chez ma grand-mère. Super efficace pour me plonger encore plus dans l'ambiance que tu proposes ! It's true, old books are irresistible.

If you move the video time around you’ll see in the little preview that the camera is slooooowly moving back and forth and it creates a really cool effect going back and forth. Awesome little detail that a lot might miss

would love to see a video (or a series) of a researcher sifting through old books and making notes… eventually writing your own paper with some ink and a nice quill . regardless you are a real pro not only in the composition of the videos, but the post production is brilliant too. editing and mixing top notch 🎉
