Wade, Grandma is the star of show. There is an art to putting your people where they do best. Some are great in supportive rolls. But your Mother belongs right out front.

What some of us do here in Australia is we keep a wet hand towel around our necks to keep us cool in hot humid weather. If we are sweating we wipe our faces and necks - it’s so refreshing and keeps us comfortable. When the towel dries we just wet it again wring it out and back to cool. Try it and see - a hand towel here measures 30”x15” you’ll get through summer like a breeze.

This looks so exciting and I would love to do it, but this unit is so clean and you can tell they took good care and pride in their belongings. Do you ever wonder what happened to the owners and are they alright? My heart hurts for them.

Last year, some friends of mine won their first storage unit and found $19,000 in $20 & $50 bills from the 70s & 80s in a satchel. They paid under $400 for unit. They found so much vintage items alone from the 80s they tripled their money alone without the cash. I will always bid on units from that storage facility since I know they are legit.

My wife told me the Joe Malone Cologne’s can be purchased at places like Macy’s, Wal-Mart, etc. and the bottle sizes you have are priced between $100.00 up to $150.00 each bottle! Also the Vine Coat’s aren’t very expensive ranging under $100, however they Secret Garden coats cost between $150 and up! I’d say you have a great deal of money if what you have are new unused bottles and the coats and other clothing is in new condition! Good luck and keep up the great videos!

ATLINAS is a company in Denmark that makes robotic devices that assist bedridden patients with their mobility. I just looked it up. The person that used to own that locker probably works for or worked for them. Eileen Fisher clothes run from $125.00 - $275.00. 25:35. Japanese teas. Different flavors. 31:20. Paul Green shoes $250.00 - $400.00 new.

Make sure to check those scarves. With her taste for finer things, there may be a Hermes', Givenchy, or Chanel one in there.

When you pulled that silver thing out of box one I about died laughing. Then you ask Ashley if it could be a bedroom toy. Then you found another one and the way you were holding it I almost fell off of my chair. Great video.

Yeah I had no idea we’ve got about $700 worth of it!

Suggestion for auctions: Put up mystery lots. Last week I won a set of sportscard binders that you hadn't looked through, which I thought was cool. The possibility of a few very nice cards jumping out are high. Doing other mystery things like that adds to the fun and gives us a chance to possibly score some really nice things.

The shampoo is for hand washing the wool and cashmere sweaters. It won’t damage the fibers or fade the colors.

I have seen it happens many times with different relatives. My mother-in- law would forget she left money in different purse when she changed them. My sister use to put her money in odd place. My husband just so happened to read a magazine from my sister house she was getting ready to throw away and every so many sections she has 50 dollar bills!

I'm a clothing store owner you would know if it was someone's store merchandise. You would find it's all one logo. If you find a unit that way and you find security tags the owner needs to be contacted only because the business could still be open.

Locker Nuts had a similar locker. A Chinese woman owned it named Maria. She had size 5.5 shoes. Wouldn't it be funny if it was the same lady that owned the locker that you bought. As you know he is is San Francisco area. She had brand new with tags clothes, shoes, bags, make-up, expensive jewellery, cook ware, dishes; everything someone in your business could ask for. They figured the clothes alone would be worth 100K. Amazing! If you know him, you can ask him how much he paid for it. You can say it was a "steal"!!! He's still going through it.
