Discover the Beauty of Regensburg, Germany Part 2 of 2

In this episode of Searching for History, Erin, my brother Sterlin and I, visit Regensburg Germany. Regensburg is a city in Northeast Bavaria situated next to the Donau River in Germany. It started out as a Roman fort in 179 AD. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Bavaria from 530 to the first half of the 13th century and in 1245 became a Free Imperial City. This video is Part 2 of 2. In this episode we will look around the Rathausplatz, gaze up at the Goldener Turm, visit the Trinity church and climb the church tower and lastly visit the Saint Jakobs church and its magnificent Schotten portal.
