He is Romanian& used to be a very good and loved actor. You can see him in the movie "Liceenii", he was 20 some years old at that time.

And that's how I feel with calling some companies... hahah... I just crack up any time I see it on tv... even better than Geico commercials!

best commercial ever hahahahahhahaa, yes....yes..

He looks Russian, same accent, pretty funny, not to say anything bad about russia. The shack looks like Siberia. I would suggest a dog eating from a garbage pile outside, an adjoining chicken coop, and he asks, "Hold please" then starts pulling and chomping a leg from a roasted turkey beside his computer. Then "Sorry, hold please, I have other problem" and reaches for a bottle beside the turkey. When he's done he picks up, says, "Ok, what was problem now?" Customer has hung up!

This is the same customer service that instacart uses. Also Lyft.
