This is an awesome tutorial man thanks , just got My clippers and 360 mirror , decided it was time to cut my own hair had to many bad ones at the barbers not what I ask for and to pricey I figured I cut my beard myself okay why not learn my head hair as well. 👍

Can I achieve the same look with my WAHL clippers since I don’t have a lever? I use the Blue and white one.

Alex! is there any way I could replace both the n0.5 and n1.5 with the lever?? Or are they strictly necessary? U can do that if u really want no hair on the sides, like a skin fade. But the closer u get to skin, the harder it gets to blend in the hard lines. But u can do what u said, its just harder. Plus not everyone likes that skin fade

Lol I mean maybe if your hair on top is very short then it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Otherwise, a disconnected undercut is using maximum a #4 or #5 guard by your part-line. And this guard length will depend on how long your hair on top is.

Disconnected means your hair does not blend in from short to longer. A fade is a type of style.

0:13 No Guard Lever Closed, 5:24 No Guard Level Closed - Probably the hardest hard line removal since it's the same grade.

This is NOT a disconnected undercut. Going up to the part line with zero guard is a disconnected undercut. This is a FADED Undercut. Nice jobs though!!
