iirc theres a figure that you can talk to in the crack of the Union Gate on the first day. You need very high Perception to even see the interaction object. Which is typically really difficult because you need specific gear and some other boosts. Look it up.

I forgot this was maxed stats for a sec when i looked st your health My first reaction was "damn how did bro achive this" Then i remembered lol Love the content (plus now i dont need to learn how to hack the game)
So how did you max out all the stats? Just waited till the end or is their an exploit

You do it on PC by editing the save file, you can get in there and put whatever number you like for anything from skills to money 👍
