He has said there is a different latency to be dealt with when using UAD. I think that's what it was.

For the UAD Sidechain does it need to be dragged off grid to compensate for the lag?

hello again! I noticed that you don't choose between stereo or dual mono when you choose plugins. Which one is default in logic? :)

Only part I can't get working is how to bus the instruments before it reaches the master out doesn't work for me? Anyone care to help 😁

Hi I'm inside the disclosure twitch, subscribed. And I cant see the template anywhere. Did anyone manage to find/download it? The link in this youtube video, when I click it, says that's an old page so I'm assuming the new one is /discloser? If so, I subscribed but can't find any download options or find the template.

Figured it out, if u go onto your track stack and press the add button next to where u would create another instrument it adds drum tracks

when you select ultrabeat or whatever you used, make sure it's not stereo, gotta be multi-output then you will have the plus and minus. does this help?

He's just clicking the + button on the bottom of that ultrabeat track to make lots of multi output tracks, hope that helps

How does he duplicate the compressors, EQ, etc. when moving them from one bus to another? Mine just permanently leaves wherever I pulled it from. Also at 1:23:08 when he opens user default, I don't have side chain as an option. Any solutions?

For your second question, he's just made a preset called sidechain, to make your own just copy the settings for him that come up when he clicks it and save your own preset called sidechain

@@Mickeysternum245 I've followed his exact steps in the beginning when creating the side chain bus but get zero signal once selecting no output>bus 1>pre-fader. Any info?

I wonder why you'd need stereo channels for what are mono elements (drum elements for example)? It's a thing more and more. I see people loading stereo kicks and stereo vocals (I've never seen a vocal recorded in stereo but samples are sold in stereo; weird trend if you ask me). Is there are a reason for this?

You have to be a twitch sub (paid) then you get access to their discord server and there you’ll find the template

@@santiee Yes, with Prime, you have one free sub on twitch - you could use it on disclosures channel to support the stream and get access to this template and all of the remix competitions that they run. Guy is great and very involved with the community on Discord also, so it's 100% worth supporting :)

why put the side chain on it's own buss?

@@makepeaces5409 It's the opposite of that, it's done so that it always ducks with the kick no matter what. It's sent to a bus as that's an old quirk of Logic, that you used to not be able to select the track you wanted to sidechain if it was a MIDI track, so he probably still does it out of habit

Make sure your Ultrabeat is going out to "Multi-Output" instead of just "Stereo"

Anyone have any issues when nesting Busses like this? Seems last time I tried to work that way... my graphics (timeline etc) went off sync with my music.

The opening baseline was giving me Corrina “Temptation” and the synths Jamiroquai “Space Cowboy”….what was the opening track?
