Disc Golf Forehand Hyzer/Anhyzer Understable/Overstable Tutorial
When I was trying to learn Anhyzer/Hyzer and what it meant for Overstable and understable discs, I couldn't find a video that covered it all simply for me since I throw forehand. Here, I tried to do it for anybody else who needs it.
Here is the understable/overstable chart link:

this is exactly what a forehand beginner like myself has been needing. thank you for explaining all that in a highly understandable format
Fellow forehand thrower here, you helped clarify alot of things that I wasn't sure about, since most content applies more to RHBH throwers. Thank you!
Thank you! I've been annoyed all the disc golf specific terms that everyone experienced seems to know but no one can explain in simple terms. You finally did! I think I finally understand hyzer/anhyzer
This was super helpful; forearm throws just aren't covered nearly as much as backhand. Thank you very much for making this video!
Thank you for someone who could finally explain stable/understable and hyzer/anhyzer in a way I could understand. The visual description and angle of disc really help.
Only video I could find on forehand and you filmed it on my birthday. Thanks man!
Very helpful from a new disc golfer stand point, This helped me review my current disc so I could find the best option for next disc when I go shopping for one. Thanks!
Thanks for taking the time to make this. Really cleared up the confusion when comparing backhand vs forehand, understable vs overstable. Cheers
Great job I just started throwing forehand I’m predominantly backhand but wanted to expand my game. I’m showing this video to my friend who just started playing and he loves forehand. You killed it thank you again.
Good job man. This was very educational.
Thank you! This was exactly what I was looking for and easy to understand.
Thank you for this video. Answered the questions I had. Was nice to find all the terms and throws in one place.
Hi Lennon! That's a pretty good video you have made there! I have looking for something like this, but your video offered even more information I expected. Very good examples and explains what is hyzer / anhyzer and how different kind discs behave using those shots! Thank you very much for making this video! Thumbs up!
Pretty sure the Vulcan is throwing like an overstable disc for you because it's a 13 speed disc, and you're not throwing it fast enough with the forearm to make it turn.
Great video, man. I'm working on my forehand, and this helped.
Super Helpful video. Good screen grabs to see the angles before release. Going to try to apply this tonight. Thanks again.

How did it go for you? Looking forward to posting more videos in 2021
Hey man, I love the video. It explains a lot of information that new disc golfers do not understand. Thanks for that! I wanted to let you know that the reason the Vulcan reacts differently than it states on the flight characteristics is because it's an ultra high speed driver. It needs a lot of power/speed to have those characteristics. Something you and I probably can't generate because we aren't pros. I don't own a disc over a 9 speed rating and tend to get more accurate flight path readings from them. Also, you may consider removing the barcode stickers from your discs as they tend to alter flight path and make the disc heavier on one side. Thanks again for the great video! Keep it up man!

Thanks man. Yeah I've stopped throwing the Vulcan all together. My game has gotten a lot better since this video. Thanks for the support. I wanted to make a video because when I was learning, I always heard these terms and didn't really understand what people were talking about. I couldn't find a good video specifically related to forehand, so I decided to make it myself. Thanks!

SUPER helpful. Thank you!!
Good stuff. Thanks man.
did I sacrifice distance by taking the price stickers off my discs?
Came here to try to learn more about anni forehands, and most the information here I did know but seeing the amount of angle used was helpful. I'm still looking to learn more about soft touchy close anni approaches (I want the disc to pan to the left). I have a few holes at my course that can require them. I use a double stack grip, noticed you were fanning for at least putters (couldn't fully tell on the one clip I glanced back to on drivers), and putters come out wobbly 90% the time, and that 10% goes flat and straight into the ground. Any tips would be much appreciated.
do you only throw dx plastic?

joey boucher back then I did because I was just learning and I was being cheap. But I don’t have any DX plastic in my bag anymore
In the video it says "if you do not throw an overstable disc correctly it will fly up in the air" why is this?

Nyenne Stils a lot of times it is because it is thrown “nose up”, meaning the front of the disc is lifted and the wind lifts the disc.
Nice forehand. I'd like to see how your form has changed now that you have improved. Your style in this video looks exactly like Ivan Katz (I think that is his name). You must have seen his vids, right? "Why everyone should own a _______."

Jeremy Mirken haha yeah I watched them when I first started. He’s a total cheese ball. But you wouldn’t even recognize my form now based on this video 😂
Sweaty boi. Good video tho

Definitely agree. This video was filmed almost 4 years ago and I was just using the front facing camera on an iPhone. Will have some awesome videos posted in 2021 with better quality! Thanks for watching

@@lennoncoley1431 Amen. These videos can be quite helpful. Looking forward to it.
you have to stop throwing like a T-Rex

you want to upload a video of how you suggest doing it? I think you'd find it pretty common for forearm throws to be pretty tightly kept next to the body and hip like that.
