@Yousef Mohammed I totally agree with that statement. Phase 2 is just pure anger, while Phase 3 is more like insanity or madness. Phase 1 is kind of angry, but he thinks that you regret doing what you have done, while Phase 3 is just him being really sad and remembering everything that he has done with Frisk.
