There are two covers. One is covering the ram, and the other is covering the HDD or a SSD drive. It is not hard, just follow the instructions, but try to not crack the back even more.

This is a known issue with this particular laptop model, the keyboard causes the calculator to launch. You can try replace the keyboard.

@@riznrik it's common with many hp models. Just got it on my HP EliteBook 820. Apparently there's a poor design flaw that causes the keyboard cable to have a micro cut over time.

I did a complete disassembling - i removed the newer 1600px panel and hardware from an older case to a shiny new one, building me a complete new notebook and one as pc. Its not that hard if you follow this guide and the other guide here on youtube from that us highschool. The only tough part is when you remove and replace the cables behind the panel and when you must lay then new through the 2 round mechanical metal covers which connect the chassis with the panel Thats really hard and will giver you some shivers. The others parts as shown are easy, this is one of the notebooks you can complete repair/build/upgrade by yourself.

@@MrFaizilyas3 you need a newer Mainboard too, the pins from the bigger panel are different. I exchanged Mainboard and panel both. That newer Mainboard is great, comes with newer CPU, usb port and all. Most seller do not that difference. Which virtually gives you a system one generation ahead. You have to check the system notes, the newer system comes with the bigger resolution and different CPU I'd. They are rare and hard to find but I see them here and there.

You did not remove the display :(

My screws are not even coming out, they are fully unscrewed but get stuck when I try to pull it...

They are captive. It means they will stay on the plate/part from where you unscrew them for the convenience of not losing the screws and easy to align when it's time to screw them back.

I have folio 9470m laptop. And it have same wifi module as you have. But my Bluetooth is not working. I tried to solve this issue by system troubleshooting. It says that your system doesn't have Bluetooth. How can i solve this problem ??

Hi, There might be a Bluetooth option in the BIOS which might be disabled, try doing a BIOS rest. This might fix it.
