My father got a disability due to a motobike accident when he was 23, he got married, had kids, did his studies, and got a good job all after the disability. People with disability deserve the same than everyone else. We all are broken in some way with or without disability.

Tuppy Owens seems like such an amazing free-spirited woman; her open discussion about sex and pleasure for all bodies is not only refreshing, but necessary in a society that idealizes sex yet has turned it into such a taboo subject.

I can't believe that some people are sick enough to say to that a disabled person shouldn't find love. They have feelings just like you. They feel pain just like you. They bleed just like you. How dare you say something like that? We all deserve love. I'm honestly in tears from these negative comments. The internet shows just how fucked up people really are. I have Cerebral Palsy and I WILL find love one day because I DESERVE it. And so does everyone in this video! And even those who are not disabled will find love because even they struggle too.

Stephanie, I agree with you, I cannot stand people who say mean things, how can they be so cruel and heartless., I guess if it happened to them they would be compassionate otherwise I find it hard to believe them changing their views. What I do not get is dont they have a family or friend who is like this? Obviously they lie to their face whenever they are around but inside they are making fun of them. That is f... Up.

Bullying anyone should be a punishable offence in schools. I was always the protector of those who were bullied, especially this guy, who had a disability ( he was very sweet and just had the mind of a much younger person and his face was a bit deformed) and the older guys always made him do stuff and laughed at him. I would get so enraged at them. We would hang out all the time so I could protect him all the time. Whenever I could, I would take him home, even if it was not in the same direction as my home. And at prom, I danced with him. I held his hand and danced. He was so happy and had the biggest smile ever. I went to college and he had to stay and finish high school, but I wonder what happened with him, if he's ok. He is such a caring soul and people made fun of him. Those jerks, they deserve the amount of f***s that karma is going to bring them.

My Mother was disabled at 24, instantly from a healthy woman with 4 kids to a quadriplegic. She lived 31 years in a convalescent home using a wheelchair and was remarried happily there. She said every day was worth living and her impaired speech didn't change her beautiful mind. She was so afraid to live in the outside world. They dropped her at the home two years prior to her death, breaking her back, which made her then, paralyzed from the neck down and unable to talk. She used every muscle in her face to smile at my third child who I showed her. He was a baby then and the last of my children to meet her. It was the last time I saw her myself. She died at 55 and no one should ever make a disabled person feel afraid to live in the outside world and no one should ever discourage a disabled person from finding LOVE. Every person deserves to be loved!!! She gave up everything due to her condition including us...but she did not give up LOVE!

It was such a beautiful and simplistic moment of pure happiness. Such a rare site in this world today. Nobody should be denied that feeling of nervousness and excitement to see the person they like regardless of the struggles they encounter in this life.

I told her to read about me; she did and found out I was disabled. She told me she still wanted to get to know me. We've been dating for 3 months and when we meet, it'll be our 6 month anniversary. He tells me he loves me many times a day and never have fights as many married couples do. It is possible, don't give up.

I used to be on a dating website and did 2 things: first i left off my profile that i was disabled and i got a few messages, once i told them, they stopped messaging. Secondly, i put it on my profile and received no messages nor replies :) Everybody says it'll happen when it happens but at this point, it feels doubtful! But i'm happy single for now!

Hi Vanessa :) I'm sorry that happened :/ It is difficult indeed, if you struggle to maybe accept the disability you have, it can then make it difficult to let somebody else in too - with regards to the man you mentioned. For me, i accept i'm disabled and have problems using a fork or can't walk but at the end of the day, i'm happy not having a partner, sure i'd love one but i just feel, i've met guys through college and uni and through friends but never has somebody shown or reciprocated interest and it's a lot of effort to keep conversations going when you know they're just being polite. I love what you said "Anyway, remember that a lot of people will not care about a disability, and the ones that do aren't the ones you want!" :) Thank you for what you and everybody else has said! It means a lot :)

My partner and I are both on the spectrum. Im also physically disabled through various chronic illnesses. They are dyslexic. We have our own strengths that compliment each others weaknesses. We both struggled with "normal" romantic relationships but have found the perfect person in each other. It's really comforting for the other person to have an actually quantifiable gauge on what is happening for you rather than simply "understanding" the words you use to explain it. I never have to mask or filter myself with them nor they with me. I cant imagine life without them. Birds of a feather flap together 😁

Wonderful video. As a Male Carer/Nurse I deal with many who have various Disabilities and from ages 12 to well over 70, extremely satisfying and I don't think of it as work. There are sadly not many dating sites where I am ( London U.K ) designed for the Disabled and there should be. A few local dating clubs but in all honesty? in ALL Countries there should be specially designed dating and friendship sites and clubs, catering for both sexes and all ages with Disabilities whether Physical, Mentally or both, plus many Disabilities are not visible to meet up safely and in local area's. ( Ooops my wife just nudged me, Sorry, yes in regards to the dating sites perhaps should I say perhaps 18 years old upwards.) Also, read a many comments as I can which on the whole were again, wonderful and to all those searching for love? never give up. I can only sum it up by what Don Maximus said here; "Love has no Boundaries" Nice comment my good man.
