Hey man at 8:57 what did you say about the punch mark? I cannot get the retainer to break loose, trying to get it to come off to replace bearings.

To drill out the punch mark.

No it won't. You're only going to be drilling out the punch mark. The punch mark makes metal from the hub push against the threads. So when you drill out the punch you drill until you see the flat mating edges of the hub to retainer threads. Then I would also throw a little heat at it as someone may have use red loc-tite

Sorry, IDK why this didnt come through... I did recently sell that bike but I got a video on the channel that shows eveeything I got for it. Go to the playlists and it should in there.
your wheel spacers (collars) has large grooves in them they will chew up seals instantly

Thanks for the tip I didn't think they were very deep at all and were mostly standing out because of being dark maybe a little bit of grime in there still but I will take note of that I do have a new set on the shelf that I could use so thank you very much!

I wrote in the note to drill the punch Mark out before trying to remove the retainer. The point of the punch Mark is to jam the retainer to the hub so it doesn't spin loose. So you have to drill that out soup before you can try and spend the retainer otherwise it'll be really tough
