Dirt Bike The Beautiful State of Idaho on Boise River Single Track

Ойын-сауық

This is one of my favorite places in idaho to ride. It's along the boise river, and runs in to some amazing single track! (sorry about the over exposed footage at the beginning of the helmet cam stuff)

Its truly amazing, living in Canada I thought we had some pretty epic riding and absolutely epic scenery. That is until I started riding down in the US, on a bloody nother level down there. The raw scenery and absolute vastness of it just hits so differently. Nice riding! Looking forward to one day making it to Idaho!

Dirt bikes and how we got here ha! I love it. All views are valid, it’s a personal belief. My view is that I’m not smart enough to understand it, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t appreciate it. There’s something pretty special about being the observer and just being able to be in the moment, take in all the beauty and simply not over think it. In the end, I don’t think anyone truly knows, at least not living they don’t. So be free, enjoy the gift of life, be a decent human and spend as much time outdoors as possible and most certainly, turn off the noise. You definitely ride in one of the most beautiful states. Although those off camber hill trails that you love so much, man that makes cringe! Ha! Cheers, man, great content as always, deep and thoughtful. 👍✌️

So I see you have your cell phone mounted to your handlebars and I know the cameras can go out due to the vibrations, in which it has already happened to my iPhone, so was wandering how do you avoid it from happening, did you get a special mount or just rig your current one to keep it from happening ? Thanks

Any bike can do almost any trail. The problem with e bikes is they don’t give you enough range for a full day of riding. The e bikes would last maybe an hour while climbing steep terrain like this.

I know for me, whether its dirt or street, if I ride a little fast it helps me focus and make less mistakes. It may sound counter, but if the ride is technical, the focus from the speed can be safer than puttin' along. I've made more mistakes in the dirt by being too slow, than from being too fast.

  • @RacerRed

That makes sense. I always tell people to slow down if they want to progress because it forces more balance. Speed forces a lot of things as well, though. They both require their own techniques.

Wow, amazing scenery! So refreshing to hear a non religious man be so honest about differing theories about the origins of the universe. Keep up the good work and always follow the truth - WHEREVER it may lead.

I definitely do research it, and come to my own conclusions. It's like i have told others, one of the main things i have concluded is that you have to accept that time is only something that exists in our reality. Outside of this dimension there is no time, which answers a common question on both sides; "then what created the creator?" or "then when did whatever caused the big bang exist?" Both questions area answered by deleting time from the equation and accepting that some things have always been.

How would you say that trail compares with the others in idaho? I'm thinking of getting a tw200 for hunting but I'm a little spooked by the steep sidehills haha. I have a few years of experience on a crf250r about a decade ago. It is much easier to believe God created everything then to believe it was all a random accident.

It's pretty hard if you aren't used to single track. If you get around places like idaho city pretty easily i wouldn't be afraid to ride this stuff though.

Good video. The dislike is for the sermon. Two questions. If everything had to have a creator, who created the creator?? And if the spirit creator has always existed, why couldn't the matter everything was created from have always existed in some form?? RIDE ON!

Your question is valid for ALL theories. Religion can’t answer your question, but neither can science. The real question is “when did time begin?” because what was before the Big Bang and what created the “pin” that started the Big Bang? To believe there is a creator you have to belie that time is not infinite. The Bible says God “always was” and so time is something that only exists for us. Hard to wrap your head around but you have to do this no matter what you believe. Time is the main factor that shows fault in ALL theories.
