In this video I demonstrate how to modify an aftermarket brembo hydraulic brake lever to reduce the reach required to pull the lever. The replacement lever claims a 50 percent reduction in amount of force required over the stock handle.

These things are all over Ebay and Amazon. Just type in KTM levers and hundreds show up.
