This is the year that i have become a fan of dirk the fast old dirk. The athletic old dirk. Even tho he don't have those anymore he still the best.

It's games like this where I don't see how the KG vs Dirk argument gets brought up. DIRK > KG Dirk was just a threat in so many different ways.

Garnett is a beast , arguably the giat forward even though I would place him 2 a and Nowitzki 2 b or vice versa. He is a beast offensively, defensively , a good passer. He is versatile and tough mentally. He is the most complete pf ever. 2004 Garnett is on another level

@@jimjim3979 Love KG! And your right about his versatility, i think AD might be right there with him though. I'll admit when i posted my comment i was on a "Dirk Phase" haha. One thing about Dirk that i've always admired is how his scoring and rebounding go way up in the playoffs, like abnormally some years.

@@jordan7985 yeah I am on same phases too , one time I was so captivated by Wilkins I started watching every single dunk and generally basket he made and I was contending he was the goat 🤣🤣. But Nowitzki is definitely top 3 pf I wouldn't have problem with him being called the goat pf . He is that good . But Garnett is just as good that's what I was trying to say

@@jimjim3979 at least your honest haha I appreciate that. He's so underatted, people think of him just as a dunker, but he had a nice pull-up off the dribble and fade away in the post. Plus a variety of finishing moves (which is not easy, no matter how high you jump) Most underatted thing about him is how he bounced back from injury! Proves he has skills

Dirk Nowitzki is Larry Bird of Germany,only much Taller and much Faster.

4:15 - putting the best power forward of all time (Tim Duncan) in a blender like it's nothing. It cannot be mentioned enough that Dirk was able to put up impressive numbers against the likes of Duncan and Garnett.

When I watch these I ask myself was Duncan really better???

If Dirk didn't get injured in 2003 and didn't get fucked over by the refs in 2006 he would have 3 rings right now.

Hard to say...if Nash stay, he wouldn't be in MVP level in this system, 1+1

I never like Manu Ginobili as a player ever since that cheap shot, what he did to the Mavs is basically what Zaza did to them, so I'm very glad that the Spurs receive their karma for all their history of dirty plays in the early 2000s. If Dirk never get injure he may have got his first ring in 03. In fact Dirk may have at least 3 rings (including 06) if he had never lost his speed.
