京さん、本当に普段は穏やかで先輩にも礼儀正しい人なのに ステージでは別人のようなパフォーマンスをするギャップがすき

I'll never forget seeing Kyo smile and lightly laugh after he saw me standing right below the stage munching away my bucket of french fries. This was at a music festival in the US when Dir en grey was still new to everyone, and not many people were in the crowd. They put on an awesome show regardless, and of course, their shows in the upcoming years drew bigger crowds each time in the US.

lol i remember seeing them in Georgia when I was still in high school, i think it was 06??? venue was so tiny. seeing them here back in the day was a weird experience

京さんは、元々持っていた品の良さやソフトな部分が前面に出るようになって、良い歳の重ね方をされてますね。 相手が表面的な人ではなく、自分と同じテンションで真面目な話ができる人であったり、敬意を持って接してくれる人にはしっかり受け答えするし、謙虚な態度で接するイメージがあります。 Dieさんはトークも上手ですが、相手を立てて聴く側に回るのも、誰かを前に出す為に控えめに振舞うのも上手ですよね。

「ファンの方」「バンドマンの方」「スタッフの方」…京さんの真の優しさが出てる。 そしていつもはメンバーと殆ど会話しないなんて言ってるのに、Dieさんに話振ったり、目配せしてるのがめちゃくちゃ可愛いやんけ！

I've never seen Kyo smile so much, it's like the persona has completely melted away. Pretty cool to see to be honest

I saw them live back in 2013 and I remember at the end of the show Kyo smiled, waved, and thanked everyone in the audience in a really geniune way. I believe the dark and brooding image is just for show. They are pretty normal human beings at the end of the day lol

@@lambo5334 He is known to be incredibly shy. I've heard stories of him doing very few meets or photos with fans compared to the other members and usually looking awkward with hands in pockets sort of thing.

Man... I've spent 16 years now listening and praising Diru's songs. Damn, their music inspired the person and the musician I am today (mainly their first albums). And, for all these years of glory, I have never, for a single moment or anything, seen Kyo getting interviewed this way and SMILING. Dude, that's HUGE for me. That's the first time I have finally reached and connected to the him as a person like any other. A common man, shy man. I'm getting this video right now and I'll cherish it for the rest of my life.

I shook Kyo's hand back in 2008 oh man I'll never forget that night. I was so starstruck I got lost on the freeway for like an hour trying to get home lol ( I had just gotten my driver's license I think a month before and there was no google maps back then i think)

I was inspired. It took some time to find what I can do in these strange times, but I sew! I am making masks now (usually I was making plush toys and costumes). I've sewn 130+ so far. First, he's older. Secondly, as I remember he hates being called "cute", not being called Kyo-chan. And even if it's true, that's probably the thing in the past. Kyo seems a lot cooler and chill now.
