why do they write a text in the prompter that is spoken by the heroes of recorded reports?
Do reporters of live broadcasts from the scene read a pre-written text from a teleprompter?

Usually the teleprompter is exactly the same as the script. They also use the scripts to practice before they're on the air.
You talk a lot during the broadcast, perhaps this is a production necessity. Does it interfere with the work of the anchors, or do they not hear you?
