Actually the drum and synth player at the back didn’t make the group but another drummer did as well as a bass guitarist. Kim Yeji stayed, the guitarist in this video stayed and so did the guy playing the traditional instruments

@@carlosv3740 No they were all individuals who signed up for this show. I'm not really familiar with this show but I'm pretty sure the purpose of it was to basically audition people, they choose who they want to perform with, and at the end form a group if they want to

It’s so epic and her vocals are insane. The instruments are wonderful also.

The instrument is "Geomungo", Korean traditional musical instrument with six strings, ,that is, six-stringed Korean zither.

Her voice is like a classic rock. Incredible!!!

The production of this is crazy. Vocal, gayageum, and guitar are also great, but Hwang Hyun-jo, who silently created all the sounds while taking on MIDI, percussion, and second guitar, is a crazy talent. She's such a genius artist.

Aww heck yeah! Kim Yeji and KARDI are so damn good and I love seeing more and more people react to them. This is up there with one of my favourite performances by them, especially with Kim Yeji's powerhouse vocals. Thank you so much for this! Much love y'all!

Every once in a while I come back to watch and enjoy your reaction to this performance. I remember the first time I saw it (just before I saw your reaction video), I unconsciously held my breath almost all the way through the song. At the end, I suddenly realized I wasn't breathing and sucked in this huge lungful of air. I still am in awe of this group - who later, after the Superband 2 show, formed a real band called KARDI. If you search for performances by Kim Yeji (the female lead singer), you will see her voice is incredibly versatile. She can also sing JAZZ, of all things. It's amazing.

Kardi and Kim Yeji is amazing. They did Immortal Songs 2 which also insane when you hear the two songs. You can also see her do different genres as a singer on King of Masked Singers. She won five times in a row.

She does have some music out but I just come back to her every once in awhile. The Band and the Traditional Instruments and of course I love seeing CL🍒 as a judge and she loves Kim Yeji. If you follow the League of Legends, how it impacts Korean and how important it is for the country, you might could feel it more deeply than this. Because this song is the calling for the champions, raising their morales before war. The place where no mistake is tolerated, every second count and how the players should keep their fiery spirit even in the most disadvantage situation. This cover song especially brings out those imagery feelings and I want to give my best shouts for Kim Yeji and KARDI for doing a great great job.

This is a performance from the Korean tv show Superband, season 2. It's a music competition/audition show, which started with 55 musician contestants and (after rounds of elimination) formed them into six bands at the end of episode 14. This is from round 4, episode 10. What you see is an early version of what would eventually be the band Kardi after changing some members around. The song Legends Never Die was originally recorded by the band Against the Current. It didn't sound nearly this badass.

I watched their performance more than 20 times, but they still gave me goosebumps EVERY SINGLE TIME. I got it if you cried.

Kardi new album just came out. Its like a South Korean Seattle Rock Scene sound and its so good and fresh when it comes to Rock. They would so fit in the Seattle rock scene. When they tour in Washington they are going to love them.
