I watched this show from day one so I am not surprised. Too bad Mr. Singleton is not here to see it through. RIP😥😥😥

Look at Carter, he is still in Teddy McDonald mode.

The show and the cast are brilliant. Most folks think it's fiction. It's actually all truth. It illustrates the hypocrisy and racism of our our govt as well as society. We are taught to embrace fantasy. To avoid truth. Thinking and knowing for yourself is still scary for most folks. Reality = Responsibility (for my actions).

Who loves season two!!it just keeps getting better!!John Singletons just so down to earth and not full of himself..I was about 8 when crack hit our city it was crazzzzy!!but those people who started out was mad paid!he did a great job depicting how it was and I'm so glad they will have a 3rd season..

Wow.Cant believe John is no longer in the land of the living with us.he was and is a genius.I thank God for loaning him to the world for the short time he was here😍They are really great actors.I love love love Angela aka Aunt Louie she is my fave on the show and with that beautifulllll natural curly hair 😍but that damn Damson is beautiful and has an awesome spirit🤗😘😜

Why can't we for once showcase a series or movie that demonstrates positiveness, we Black folks need this so very badly. I'm all for telling a story, the acting is great and the crack epidemic happened, but why must we showcase this darkness, please? As if this is all my people are about, I'm sick of this, surely positiveness sales. This is conditioning others to believe this is normal and all we're about.

GRE First off, it's not "your" not Black, it's "you're" or "you are" not Black. If you're Black, please get a book on grammar you are better than that. Second, I am Black; matter of fact, I'm African and how would you know my nationality, anyway? We'd never met; therefore, you don't know me. Thus, I am worried about my people, Black people, that's exactly why I spoke out because I'm sick of these negative dramas pertaining to our people. We'd a lot better than this.

We are still not in control of distribution. The major studios are. Things happen in stages though. We are getting more control of producing content, which is good. The more of us doing that the more opportunities for someone to sneak in something different. You have to realize that their is still fear of what we can showcase once given the reigns. The Cosby Show, a Different World and many other shows showed our power so things have to happen in stages. Black Panther was phenomenal, although you still saw the hidden hand in that. It may be too slow for those who think like you do, but it will happen.

A black man from America can display the pain, the struggle of being a black man from America then a brother from London. The actor had no idea or knowledge about the character that he is he portraying. He can’t Channel true raw emotions of a black man in America. Samuel Jackson say it better.
