Hey I was doing 1.39 EX questions 3 (page 65) The correct answer was conjugation of changer, but I choose Aller, how you suppose to which one of the 3 verbs are correct and incorrect? They all sound good to me lol. Same with question 19 and 23. I choose Croire and Arroser. but answer keys shows that it's penser and Cueillir.

Can you please tell me why you use "de rester a l maison" and not just "rester a la maison" with the example sentence for "dire". I often get told I use "de" too much. Can you help me? Thank you.

I see why you are having issues with this. You are looking at the sentence structure the wrong way. De is always with the verb before, not after. So it's dire de faire quelque chose. Dire de rester à la maison. Rester is just the infinitive after de. I hope it helps :)
