This is such an interesting topic about Dupes🤓 I’ve had people tell me that it’s “disrespectful” to buy a dupe over the original and some people love dupes. My opinion is that if it is a small family owned perfume business then of course I would want to buy the original. However, if it’s a multi million dollar industry like Dior or Lancome or Tom Ford who don’t care about ripping us off then I’d probably go with the dupe. Of course, as long as the dupe is duping properly 🤣🤓

Hello Gabby, thank you very much for this helpful video. I have some Chatler scents (the Black Orchid dupe for instance), some of them are quite OK, other ones have that "cheap" feel like some of the La Rive dupes. I guess chances are always 50:50. I do have some good and affordable dupes for two of the Poison Flankers, Rouge Intense by Câline which is a Hypnotic Poison dupe, and Nuit de Passion by Pendora Scents for Midnight Poison. 😊

Love all the Poisons my granny has them all but she won’t share I only have OG Poison and Pure Poison and my dupe of Midnight Poison by Paris Corner Pendora Scents Nuit de Passion it’s pretty close. I will try those Hypnotic Poison dupes because although I love the OG I was allergic to it.

Love me some poisons I do have diors poison hypnotic poison and pure poison Unfortunately I can’t get midnight and tendre poison and eBay is just to expensive so I have Paris corner nuit de passion for midnight poison and I have romance by Rasasi for tendre poison which are fairly good dupes gabbi xx

I tried it, but I couldn't see the similarities!

I’ve wore my midnight venom by Dua 2 times now and I get about 7+ hours on my skin with above moderate projection. Thank you so much for it Gabi I love it so much. I’m definitely going to check out them other dupes out ❤❤❤❤

Loved the video Gabbi!❤😍 I love Poison! It was the fragrance that made me love fragrances and also made me start my fragrance journey when I was about 15 or 16 years old .Hypnotic poison is my mother's signature scent. Unfortunately, none of these dupes is available here in Greece.

Great video, thank you. My favourite is Hypnotic Poison, I still have a small bottle from when it was released which I treasure and eke out. Haven’t sprayed it a while so it will probably be nuclear in strength by now. I found an unexpected dupe for this in the form of a perfume oil and it’s called Royal by ADN Paris, unsure if they do it in a fragrance spray though. But this perfume oil smells exactly like HP. I compared it with an HP rollerball side by side and I can’t smell anything different. Not a dupe per se, but Avon Rare Pearls really remind me of Pure Poison. It also reminds me of the discontinued Victoria Beckham fragrance from years ago. Loved the advertising campaign for Midnight Poison with Eva Green, but sadly the fragrance wasn’t for me (back then anyway). Will definitely keep an eye out for Chatler pure passion.

Hi Gabi 😊 Thank you for the video - the Poisons iconic ❤ I am into dupes too. I wonder about Cacharel's Gloria (of course discontinued). I haven't smelled it but the notes intruige me - I love Hypnotic Poison and they have almond in common and are both sweet, from what I can read. Perfume Parlour has a dupe and I am curious to get it. I know Perfume Parlour is affordable but because of high taxes, it is always more expensive where I live. Do you know if it is somewhat similar to Hypnotic Poison - when I say similar, I mean like cousins or at least relatives, who get along? 😉😄 Love Jórun
