Dionne Warwick is being so eleoquent and clear and no one in the audience seems to be responding to what she is saying about advocacy. It's incredibly smart and intelligent of her to make the points that she is making abiout her work for HIV/AIDS beginning with the Reagan administration up until now. That's a long journey. For anyone who thinks she is simply a beautiful woman and a beautiful singer, they miss the point of her life's work entirely.

Miss Dionne Warwick, I don’t know you on a personal level I only know you from your stage persona. I was born in 1962 and I can only remember our household being filled with your music I don’t think there is a song that you have recorded that I don’t know. But I wanted to thank you for your advocacy I am part of the LGBTQ I am a transgender woman who has followed your career and all that that implies. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You’re a very strong female who speaks Frank on many of the issues that we are dealing with today. I know that you are very religious but the fact that you accept LGBTQ is a part of God‘s plan. God is a perfect entity. we are all excepted for Lord Jesus Christ. And you. Miss Dionne Warwick brings all of this to light. You are gods instrument
