Very helpful video. I ended up doing mine entirely through the hood. Took about 20 minutes. I used a pretty short Phillips screwdriver which helped reinserting the screw one handed.

Yes it sure will 👌👌 I did that with my heretic studio pod lights.
you put the nuts in backwards. One side has flat washer which should go against the case toward the screw.
Useful video. Which one is street legal, sport or pro?

SAE is a Society of (Automotive) Engineers and being compliant with them doesn't mean anything is street legal. Street and highway legality is determined by federal, state and local lawmakers. Federal legalization is often regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

They do make DOT certified ones as well as SAE

a bit sad to see that they didn't manage to make it with an adjustement screw that doesn't requite to unscrew the housing
