Dark Rebirth already sounded like an incredibly tense horror theme so this just amplifies the tension even further

This just makes you realise how terrifying DIO's time stopping powers truly are.

I love how the drums harken back to the origin of Dio's power. The stone mask of the Aztecs. You feel his otherwordly presence as if he is some dark god from eons past returning to retake the world. Listening to this theme I totally get why Dio instills both fear and worship into his underlings.

Do you ever think this theme would fit Dio, when he escaped the coffin and attack the three divers? Think about it, he was under the sea floor for 100 years, he must have waited for the sun to go down, the divers would have looked at the coffin, the sun sets. One of them looks at the coffin, turns away, then looks back to see it's changed exposing a compartment to the coffin. Once the Diver looks away he sees a lunging Dio right at his face, with no time to react the group is one by one mauled to death.
