Dinner Vlog with my Mom's special dish | Momtastic by Shamsheera
Having parents with us is always a blessing. My parents will be leaving for Kerala in a few days and am trying to keep them comfortable and happy so that they come back soon next time. Am not able to finish my work on time. Am still setting up a timetable for myself to get back on track. and I know i need a total of 3 months for that. Though slowly am moving as per how it should be, am still not very satisfied. By the end of this month, my older kids, Rehan and Armaan's school will reopen. And only then i can fix what to do and how to manage. Hopefully i shall keep you all updated.

Lukewarm milk - 1 cup
Lukewarm water - 1.5 - 2 cups
yeast - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1 tbsp
all purpose flour - 5 cups
salt - 2 tsp
olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
chicken - 1 kg
onion - 2 medium
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
green chillies - 4 - 5
carrot - 1 large
capsicum - 1 large
salt
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
oil or butter

Ghee - 1 spoon
oil - 1 -2 spoon
onion - 1 small
green chillies - 2 - 3
tomato - 1 small
coriander leaves - a few chopped
black pepper powder
chicken stock - 4 cups

When you are washing your utensils it's very easy for us who are all watching but it's comes to our turn very difficult to do😢

I like it, then and there I used to wash the dishes, after all, we only eat and drink so if we wash them, we have them for our next use. Nice to see the kitchen sink clean. Hard work but a good habit to make it a practice.
