All day meal plan
Breakfast
Sauteed veggies
Scrambled eggs
Small potion of salad
Fruits or fruit juice
Herbed tomatoes
For sauteed veggies I have taken broccoli, carrots, baby corn. Mushroom and capcicum
Add olive oil then add veggies which need more cooking time , I have added carrots and baby corn once this is half cooked add rest of the veggies and minced garlic and mixed herbs and pepper powder and salt
For herbed tomatoes
Cut cherry tomatoes and add extra virgin olive oil , salt , pepper , fresh basil leaves or any other fresh herbs ,1/2 tsp minced garlic, juice of 1/2 lime mix everything well
For scrambled egg
3 eggs
Heat a nonstick pan add butter , on low flame add beaten eggs , u (can add salt to the eggs) add eggs to the pan ,with a spatula, make small circles, cook eggs until eggs are half done ,transfer the eggs to the plate and garnish with pepper and chopped parsley
For salad
Uding salad spinner remove the water from the iceberg lettuce
Dressing
Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbs
Lime 1
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp mustard sauce or Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Shake well and refrigerate, pour over the leaves just before serve garnish with nuts ,( don’t forget to shake the dressing before pour)
For lunch I have planned prawn chatti choru
350 grams cleaned white prawns
For the marinade
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt
1 tbs Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp spicy chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Small pieces of tamarind
1 tbs coconut oil
Curry leaves
Add prawns to the clay pot , saute them until cook , u can add more chilli powder as per ur taste , then adf 3 cup cooked rice ( slightly overcooked rice ) mix well add salt if needed and off the flame and add raw coconut oil ( this will enhance the flavour) garnish with more curry leaves
For dinner I have planned Chia seed with curd
Soak 3 tbs chia seed in 1 cup water for 30 minutes ,then add 1 cup curd , 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup cucumber, or any vegetables u like . Minced green chillies, minced ginger,Mix really well ,
For tempering
Oil
Mustard
Dry red chilli
1/4 tsp asafoetida ( off the flame and add )
Peanuts

extra virgin olive oil aanu , it’s bad only when you heat it otherwise it’s healthy U can make in less oil also
