Within the resort, the Limbo restaurant is located in the Hotel Bahía Príncipe Luxury Ambar. It is next to the reception, on the right if you come from the beach area, in one of the corners.
The hall is large, the restaurant is very nice, elegantly decorated. The service was very fast.
As soon as we arrived they offered us a cocktail. The portions are small, but the flavors are generally quite rich and as it has an appetizer, starter, main and dessert you won't leave hungry. In our case, we ordered the following dishes.
Creamy sea urchin with boletus caviar: It is presented in a small glass, with bits of truffle. Very rich and very powerful flavor.
Scallop with squid ink air on garlic mousseline: Three pieces of scallop seasoned with a touch of garlic. If you like this ingredient you will like it. Personally, since I don't usually like scallops very much, I found it a bit dry.
