Those who had able to come out of depression.. I have big salute to you.. The battle is very tough especially you are alone and no one around you understand how it feels like you have depression.. It is almost like living in horror movie.. Today, I dream of the world where people could be more empathetic, so that we all support each.. Indivisual success is a myth..

He is the most handsome man at his age i have ever seen.

I am actor, poet and retd from air force i got positive energy from ths video because after my retirment it was ok for few years after that i could not cooprate with this civil life and of course my family members so i was depressed . same way got treted and finaly belive on me only.then only came out with my problems. the things is that this video is useful for me.👍👍💐

No richness or supportive family can do anything when you are deep in depression. It's only you, yourself who can move forward with unusual will power and emotional strength. But yes after that richness and family can help. I've been through this myself. God bless everyone who's battling depression or any mental illness.

No sugar,very few carbohydrates.2 meals a day only,in 8 hours.16 hours only water,green tea one cup,lemon water 2 glasses.

@@ahmedfaruqi1254, you need to eat intelligently, your body requires nourishment, start your day with protein, 30% of your meals should be proteins . eat vegetables, salads,fruits and 5% fat. Eliminate sugary drinks, fried stuff, maida etc
