I have been trying this recipe for the last 6 months... Whole family enjoys the perfect taste. Of course I do with chicken... Thanks bro... Be mindful of quantity of spices according to the no of cups of rice. Jeera samba is always good for this recipe.

வணக்கம் சார். தாங்கள் கூறிய முறைப்படி பிரியாணி செய்து சாப்பிட்டோம். தலப்பாகட்டி பிரியாணி சுவையிலேயே இருந்தது. பிரியாணி தயார் செய்வதற்கும் மிக சுலபமாக இருந்தது. இதற்கு முன்னர் பிரியாணி செய்ததில் இஞ்சி பூண்டு மற்றும் வெங்காயத்தின் அளவு முன்பின்னாகவே இருந்து வந்ததால் நாம் எதிர்பாக்கும் சுவையில் பிரியாணி வருவதில்லை. தாங்கள் கூறிய அளவு சுவைக்கு சரியான அளவாக இருக்கிறது. மிக்க நன்றி.

Hi Nalini, For this recipe dont add any recipe. add ingredients used in the video dont add anything else. to get typical thalapakatti tomato va oram katti vainga. it will change the taste.
