Madam... Its called Khichadi ... in Gujarat and its a most common and all favorite dish even for common man too... But its new for you 🤪

Young lady it is a nice dish but many many ladies cook this with various veggies and dal forthe last 50 years and more . I remember a pressure cooker was first bought by my mother in 1958
