Dim er devil is made with mutton keema. This is egg chop. It's a good recipe nonetheless

@@swapnaghosh4007 also I'm bengali, if it was not clear and from Calcutta. I know it's made with egg. But not with a potato coating. Mutton keema is used. This was a crazy comment woman.

@@stelladey8528 it'll cost you absolutely nothing to google 'egg devil recipe' because I've never heard of mutton keema being used in egg devil. You can check other recipes out there too, mutton isn't used.

It can be made with both mutton keema or any other meat (also known as scotch eggs and originated in Britain which we've adopted and call it "dimer devil") and also potato coating which in originated mainly in India. Both are the variations of the same thing and neither is wrong.

এটাই অথেন্টিক ডিমের ডেভিল। কিমা দেওয়া বা না দেওয়াটা নিজের ইচ্ছের ব্যাপার। কিমা দিলেও এটাকেই ডিমের ডেভিল বলে, না দিলেও এটাই ডিমের ডেভিল বলে। পাড়ার অনেক দোকানে কিমা দিয়ে করে, অনেকে কিমা দেয় না - এটাই পার্থক্য!
