I knew he could rap but I said in a previous reaction video that he probably wouldn't do it until he mastered the English language. Well he sure did prove me wrong on that statement! He sounded so good, great timing, especially that bit at the end where he sped it up. I love that he switched languages there because it makes him unique. I would like to see more of that side of him. Sinful Passions was performed elegantly, as a 30 year old opera singer might perform. Screaming... He performed this one just like someone his age would and I love seeing him happy and playful. When he was letting his Dears sing into the microphone, did you see his smile? In that moment he looked like a 12 year old kid. It's amazing how he can flip his look from 30 to 12 as quickly as he flips his voice from bass to mezzo soprano. 😂😍💕💕🤗😚💕💕

Dimash is probably the most well rounded person in the world. I have yet to find anything that he cannot do. If he can't do something, he will learn and learn it so fast. He's speaking in English and Mandarin now when less than 2 years ago he didn't understand either language. He wasn't the world's greatest dancer then either but look at him now. I cannot wait to see what he does next. I'd love to hear him bust out an Otis Redding song someday. Can you imagine?

Welcome back. Glad you "weathered the storm". Dimash did it again! Loved this version. Dimash wanted to include rap, but probably only when appropriate. It worked for this performance. When not using Dimash official YT, I don't know if using Gloria Wu's videos cause copyright issues.

Good to see you! Glad the hurricane didn't strike your areas hard. I titally understand copyright issues. I personally enjoy the verbal reaction commentary pauses...telling thoughts and feelings/reactions as you experience them rather than just the recap at the end. It's better than what some reactors is doing which is inserting that rainbow grid periodically. But, then, I watch reaction videos for the reaction. I watch the straight video for the artist's performance.

Thank you so much! I will figure out a way to edit my videos with as little interruption as necessary. With most artists it wouldn't bother me as much to pause and talk, but when it comes to Dimash... he pulls me into another world with his voice and I feel like I'm under a spell. Any time I have started to pause one of his videos, he does something ridiculous and my hand stops in midair. Most singers have "good parts" in their songs but he doesn't. Every note out of his mouth is as beautiful as the one before and for me, chopping his songs up would be like looking at The Mona Lisa one inch at a time. While you can still appreciate the artistry, colors and textures you miss out on the total masterpiece, if that makes sense. 💕🤗😚💕

If you decide to react to PhantaCity Dimash's acting debut short movie, I hope you won't just react to the songs. It would be a shame to just disregard Dimash acting. The movie is in English. Gloria Wu has English subs, if you want to see and understand behind the scenes too (Dimash is so funny). Behind the scenes is first about 5 minutes, then the movie about 10 min.

You should know that the whole movie was one take shot and was filmed with live audience! People were actually watching all action live on big screen and the director was pulling the strings on the spot. Quite challenging I must say. And the artists had only 3 days to prepare for it! That gives a whole other perspective and makes you appreciate it even more... I’m sure you’ll enjoy this! Dimash is so adorably funny 😆
