Алан, Эрик, эта нота - импровизация Димаша на выступлении. В других выступлениях этого нет! Димаш это взял и сделал по состоянию души. GAKKU is a yearly festival show that only features Kazakh's music/songs. The crowd here was 150,000......packed like sardines.

And the festival had prepared for only 30,000 to 50,000 to attend. They said the streets were absolutely gridlocked. That year it was an EXTRA big celebration of sorts, with Dimash returning to his beloved Kazakhstan after his meteoric rise to fame at The Singer 2017 in China, months earlier. He was scheduled to come on last and I'm sure that entire night his heart just about exploded in joy.

Д8 - это дельфиний свист ещё называют, ультразвук. На пианино уже нет такой ноты. Может именно для Димаша придумают. Димаш космос, он ещё засияет новыми гранями своего таланта. Он ещё споёт такое, что вы и не ожидаете! Клянусь мамой! как говорят на Кавказе.

I love that the headphones came off!!! People speculate that Dimash takes the earpiece out so he can hear the ambient sounds of the crowd. Clearly he doesn't want to blow out his eardrums with the sound his voice is capable of creating.

I like both versions. The Singer version ist more emotional and the Gakku version ist more spectacular. So it ist up to one' s mood which one you want to listen to. You can' t choose the wrong version because it is DIMASH.

This "Gakku" festival took place in September 2017 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is said that the city center was paralyzed on the day of the concert. More than 150,000 spectators gathered in the central square of the city. Many came then only because of Dimash. Dimash performed at the end of the concert and sang 5 songs. It was evident that Dimash was relaxed on stage because the competition in China was behind him. The festival is not a competition - the proceeds were donated to local hospitals. Also: In an interview, Dimash indicated the note was not intentional. He usually sings a G7 for this part of the song, but it didn't materialize. So he hit the D8, and let it ride. What else does a singer do when he has to improvise??? Speaks to dolphins?? Superb Reaction from You! 👏👏👏

It wasn't planned. He wanted to go for a lower whistle note, but something went wrong and eventually this came out. My favorite versions are the last ones - from the Kiev concert and the Digital Show, and the Singer just behind. They are crazy emotional. In this version he is just chilling and connecting with funs, which is also nice.

The GAKKU is my favourite stage, completely surrounded by his fans, at their level, and down among them. Beautiful. Imagine being in that front row! He only did that particular end at Gakku :) It's wonderful how the first half of D8 was a little flat and he fixed it upwards and fuller. Marvellous.
