That is not a whistle register that is frequency because it's 8th octave

Kay Rush This was not an existing poem. It was written especially to this music. The lyricist was the father of one of Dimash's classmates, who one day came home and said "Dad! Guess what happened today! Dimash wrote a wonderful song. You must write the words for it." And so he did after spending a day with Dimash to learn about him. I saw a video about that on youtube.

That was D8. Super high you cannot find it on your keyboard 😂😂

That was a D8...he's off the chart...best singer in the world by far.

Currently his range (so far from a multitude of his live international concerts and performances) is from F2 (which can be heard in most of his performances of The Diva Dance) to a sustained D8. as you heard him holding the D8 noteduring the Gakku concert performance of (his own original song) "Unforgettable Day" [and no it's not a mic malfunction -- it's been checked and it is Dimash holding the D8 note]

A great singer teacher said that Dimash is moving his mic around because he does not want a single person to say that he's lip-synching. (Gakku TV is the first music channel in Kazakhstan that only airs content produced in Kazakhstan).

I think *screaming* was an amazing song, the vocals in it were also god-like. He did a freaking staccato in whistle tone, and his high notes were amazing, and extended.

His highest note so far, as others have said, is a D8 which (fun fact) is higher than the highest note on a piano! And he didn't scream to get up there. He had that bull by the horns and he rode that mofo for 6 seconds without wavering from it!

Hi Guys, wonderful reaction to Dimashs famous D8 !! He introduces that in a few of his concert performances and he attempted it in the "Singer" but because of the sound being set to TV broadcasting mode he quickly realised it wouldn't take it and aborted the attempt, now you know where it comes in the song you can actually see this on the Singer video. BTW as someone else has mentioned you must watch the S.O.S. - Slavic bazaar performance, he was a judge this year and performed at the opening and closing, he won that competition a few years back singing S.O.S and they asked him to sing it at the opening ... its incredible!!👌👌😊

he reminded me of a male that has the highest voice ever recorded " Adam Lopez" wow that voice? even higher than a whistling kettle. SUPERB!!!

He was definitely sick (you can notice it at 1:22)! Before singing D8, he planned to sing G after D, but at that moment his vocal cords just slammed shut (you know how it's happens when you sing with sick vocal cords), 5:57 and the air could not pass to produce G (not sure what an octave it was). The second shaking of the mic, at the time when there was no sound, for me not only as a musician, but also as a psychologist, showed me his body language (I mean his second shaking of the mic), like he shakes his vocal cords to clear the way for the D8, and at 5:59 he nailed D8, saying to the nature "No! I will do it anyway! But even higher !!!" Because of that he is my real hero!!! Really brave and unfear man!!! We all know that it's too dangerous! Because of that we pray for him! Asking God to support him on his creative way!!!

*Kudaibergen* is pretty right (Qazaq native pronunciation), Kudaibergen(ov) is "Russianized" version.

I think he actually did hit the frequency that only dogs can hear, right before the whistle (double check the video - 5:56). Then he realized nobody heard it so he eased down a little to human ear level.

Dimash's surname, Kudaibergen, is translated from Kazakh as God Given. Just FYI 😉
