I forgot to mention that if you review an EVH pickup and you do a clean tone test you are a fucking retard! Why the fuck would you do a clean tone on a hot humbucker! Lol dumb fucks!

Thanks for comparing these. I tend to prefer EVH but I think I would dial back bass on the amp for TZ and this would push mid and high frequencies up which would make it even more likeable on my amp. Would you be a ble to share the mustang micro settings? I have one and would like to compare my Paf Pro bridge and PV Wolfgang PUPs as closely as possible.

Here are the micro amp settings. Sorry about the long delay I assumed nobody commented with a question for some reason. Here it is: Metal 2000 Amp, Tape Delay + Reverb, EQ the yellow before the final red setting, and Effects also the yellow before the red setting. This for me is the absolute best possible "Solo Lead Tone" that this amp can deliver. The fact that the amp can fit in your pocket should say a lot about how well made these things are.

I’m a big fan of the EVH. But I feel like I’ve been there done that. Currently shopping around for a JB replacement (hate JB’s) for my Charvel Danhenge. I’m thinking after all these years of EMG’s and other high winds I’m gonna go low output. So far I’m down to Bareknuckle VHII, Thornbucker or a Pearly Gates. Still trying to decide. Good luck man.

If you like any of the pickups you've listed i'd recommend the one I'm demonstrating here; it's way better than any the ones you've used before. Also the Tone Zone is WAY better than the JB, SD pickups suck
