कभी-कभी ऐसा होता है कि हम भटूरे बना लेते हैं लेकिन भटूरे खाने वाले ही नहीं होते ,तो भटूरे ठंडे होने के बाद तो बिल्कुल अच्छे नहीं होते, लेकिन आज एक ऐसा तरीका बताने जा रहा हूं, कि ठंडे भटूरे भी आपको अच्छे लगने लगे, और उससे ज्यादा बेहतर लगेंगे जो ताजे हैं यह है दिल्ली की फेमस तवा भटूरे की रेसिपी |
Sometimes it happens that we make bhatures but we are not the ones to eat bhatures, so bhatures are not good at all after they cool down, but today I am going to tell a way that even cold bhatures will make you feel good. , and will taste better than those that are fresh. This is the recipe of Delhi's famous Tawa Bhature.

Recipe name- Tawa Bhatura & Punjabi Chole
Preparing time-20 minutes
Cooking time- 25 minutes
Servings-5 persons

Ingredients -
Bhatura -
Oil - for deepfrying
Refined flour- 2 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
Semilona -1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tsp
Oil -2-3 tsp
Curd-1.5 cup

Kabuli chana-1.5 cup ( samall )
Bayleaf-2 -3
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Dry Amla -6-7 piece
Onion-4 medium
Tomato-4 medium,
Ginger-2 inch
Garlic-10-12 cloves
Green chilly- 3-4 medium
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Anardana powder-3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
Oil-4 tbsp
Black pepper-4-5
Clove-2-3
Chinaman-1 small stick
Balck cardamom-1
Green cardamom-1
bayleaf-1
Yello chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Green Coriander- a handful
Black salt- to taste

Excellent, I did not know soaked with water and baking soda ,we need to remove that water before boiling cholle and change with fresh water instead,to stop separating cholle peel. I have seen this happening but did not understand why this happened. Wonderful receipe. "thanks"
