This video of Food Tours is dedicated to Sardarji Omelette Wale: Balbir Singh Ji who is located just below the Pragati Maidan metro station. Sardaar Ji came to Delhi as a partition refugee and after losing his whole family, he is earning his livelihood all by himself. His stall is one of the cleanest stalls with a plateful of delicious omelette and he set up all the things by himself. He makes Omelettes and Half Fries in Pure Desi Ghee. He is 80 years now and is an inspiration to all those who are depressed in their lives.

Sat Sri akal ji, i have seen Balbir Singh Ji's videos on other channels of different creators as well and hope to see more of his videos. He is a legend himself. The way he talks about struggles and his experiences he has witnessed. Although im vegetarian but wish to meet him and just listen him.
