Something about Ruki's 2D matrix evolution looked more appealing and elegant in comparison to Takato and Jen's. Other than that, those 2D skins rip evolution from rookie to champion is seriously cool and unique.

Interesting how theres a few mature topics in this season in particular that fly past young minds, from begining to end tamers talks about being strong, friendship, change, but also things like depression, pain and death, like Rika at the begining hunting them down (as kid you'd expect they'd get along instead of fighting each other), or someone always after them and what they go through the series, showing how in life theres always all kind of problems and adversities trying to take us down and we need to change, evolve, become stronger to overcome even the worst moments, and its going beyond just kid's problems. I knew there was something about tamers that seemed more, mature, serious and a bit dark in general even as a kid, but it wasnt until i grew up that i realized all this...

"fly past young minds" MY ASS. I loved Tamers (and Adventure way before it) back when I was in elementary school precisely because it had realistic characters with realistic personalities and lives. Don't underestimate children like that. I lived for good content when I was little and it makes me sad that lots of shitty shows get greenlit because people don't want to bother giving kids a good product. Then again that also happens all the time wish shows for older people...

Wil Camacho claro, aunque aqui la musica tiene un enfoque mucho mas distinto c: el otro es como de esperanza o de algo muy genial que está por ocurrir, aqui es como de que hace que con la evolución la tensión aumenta progresivamente, algo asi como 'preparate que la guerra comienza pronto' c: o sea, esa es la sensacion que percibe esta humilde persona n.n

Thats a good idea, we can call it "Tamers Twice". In this, all are teens in high school, Juri is raped by a gang of punks, so Takato seeks revenge with Guilmon, this end in Takato killed all the punks, but then is target as a criminal, so the other Tamers are called and have a mission: Kill Takato. The fight scenes are in bikes, and the main battle is between Ryo and Takato.

Who cares they still managed to look awesome as all hell. In fact I enjoyed watching Renamon's evolutions far more than the other two. Sakyamon has the bet evolution in the entire series bar none, who agrees?

yo ya lo hice, mi hijo de 6 años está viendo la primera temporada y me la pide, le toco el opening de la primera en guitarra eléctrica y el la canta xD

I was referring to the evolution sequence itself, not the design of the form though I though Sakuyamon looked awesome, from the armour to the staff and her attacks looked sweet. Wargreymon is obviously cooler by design and Atlurkabuterimon is awesome but Sakuyamon has the best evolution sequence in all of Digimon. Renamon is all forms of freaking awesome though.

Pokemon es malo, tramas circulares autoconclusivas con un mensaje repetido y superficial hasta la saciedad, con un protagonista que no crece y personajes unidimensionales de lo mas pateticos, tamers es una muy buena serie, con personajes tridimensionales, hacen un esfuero de caracterizar a los digimon y contextualizar el mundo, los temas los trata con cierta madurez y profundidad, llevando a los personajes a muchas disyuntivas cada uno combatiendo sus demonios internos que desemboca en lazos de verdadera amistad sin caer en lo extremo idealista, ademas que su ambicion es mas grande y que maneja bien sus ritmos aunque aveces puede ser lenta y aburrida no quita que sea el mejor anime kodomo que se ha hecho.

Whereas when Growlmon and Gargomon get these gradual changes into their next evolutions, Kyubimon goes 'poof' on ya. She doesn't gradually change. She is there already. Taomon is ready to use Thousand Spells (Or Fox Sealing Paper/Kofuusatsu) to kick your ass. And she is heralded by the solar eclipse.

It depends on the digimon, because i think it suits Galgomon to Rapidmon's evolution in CGI, and like you say, Zudomon is good as it is animated, like Garurumon. But in some cases, like Greymon to Metalgreymon, it may be best pulled off with CGI

Props to Dukemon for being the coolest digimon of them all - apart from MetalGarurumon, of course.
