Could’ve been someone shooting at a bird in one of those trees. If it’s got a broadhead on it I’d say that’s what they were doing.

Wow a field point went that deep in the roof ? Dang that thing was moving.

Just like someone has already said , a little physics and math and you could walk right to the house where it came from, the only problem as my wife would say is I would go knock on the door and ask the adult there if someone they know there has a crossbow? And when they yes hand them that arrow and ask them to quit shooting up in the air before they kill someone. I bet it was someone's kid just goofing around, but goofing around can kill you if your under that arrow when it comes down. Something needs said before someone dies , you or anyone else.
